Log Cabin Maintenance

We want to help you keep your log cabin looking as beautiful as it was the day that you moved in. By conducting regular inspections, we can identify routine wear and tear, and rectify those issues to preserve your log cabin and protect against degradation. Using natural, chemical-free wood bee traps can prevent risks unique to log cabins. We can also correct some damage to your log cabin, performing necessary repairs to get your log cabin back in great condition.

To assist you in preserving your log cabin, we offer two options. Our comprehensive service contract is a flat fee that you may renew annually. We will inspect the exterior and interior of your log cabin annually to check for any damage, wear and tear, or evidence of wood bee activity. As needed, we will caulk exterior aspects of the logs, spot stain, spot seal, and install chemical-free, natural wood bee traps to protect your logs from damage. We also offer long-term packages that include full resealing of your entire log cabin.

As a second option, we can also perform repairs and maintenance as needed to both the interior and exterior of your log cabin. These services include:
